DELIVERY COVERAGE:
We deliver nationwide to:
- All major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.)
- 100+ cities and towns
- Remote areas (some restrictions may apply)
SHIPPING METHODS:
Standard Shipping (FREE):
- Delivery time: 3-8 working days
- Applies to orders: 2,000 PKR and above
- Courier: TCS, Leopards, or Swyft (as available)
Express Shipping (Paid):
- Delivery time: 1-3 working days
- Cost: 200-500 PKR (varies by location)
- Available for orders above 1,000 PKR
COD (Cash on Delivery) - AVAILABLE:
- No advance payment needed
- Pay when package arrives
- Available nationwide
- COD handling fee: Included in price
DELIVERY TIMELINE:
Order placed Monday-Friday 10am:
→ Shipped same day
→ Arrives within 3-5 working days
Order placed Friday 4pm-Sunday:
→ Shipped Monday morning
→ Arrives Wednesday-Friday
PEAK SEASON (Holidays):
- Delivery may take 5-7 working days
- We'll notify you of delays
- Updates via SMS/email
SHIPPING COSTS:
- Free shipping on all COD orders above 2,000 PKR
- Express shipping: 200-500 PKR (varies)
- International shipping: NOT available (yet)
ORDER TRACKING:
After shipment:
1. You'll receive tracking number via SMS/email
2. Track your order: www.gharsajao.pk/track
3. Track on courier website (TCS/Leopards/Swyft)
4. Real-time updates via SMS
WHAT HAPPENS DURING DELIVERY:
1. Courier calls 1 day before delivery
2. You can confirm/reschedule
3. Courier arrives with package
4. Verify items before paying (if COD)
5. Check packaging for damage
6. If damaged: refuse & inform us immediately
SPECIAL LOCATIONS:
KARACHI:
- Standard: 2-3 days
- Express: 1 day
LAHORE:
- Standard: 2-3 days
- Express: Same day (before 4pm order)
ISLAMABAD/RAWALPINDI:
- Standard: 3-4 days
- Express: 1-2 days
PESHAWAR/QUETTA/MULTAN:
- Standard: 5-7 days
- May require special handling
NORTHERN AREAS (Hunza, Gilgit, etc.):
- Delivery takes 7-10 days
- Cost varies

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
We cannot ship:
❌ To PO Boxes (residence/office only)
❌ To incomplete addresses
❌ To areas without courier access
❌ Outside Pakistan (currently)

PACKAGE HANDLING:
Our packages:

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES:
If package is:
- Lost: File claim within 24 hours
- Delayed 10+ days: Get refund or replacement
CHANGE/CANCEL SHIPPING:
Within 2 hours of order:
→ Can cancel
→ Get full refund
After 2 hours:
→ Contact us immediately
→ May incur cancellation fee (50-100 PKR)
UNABLE TO RECEIVE?
If you're away/traveling:
1. Message before delivery
2. Request date/time change
3. Or provide alternate address
4. Or arrange family member to receive
Failure to receive after 2 attempts:
→ Package returned
→ Refund after 5-7 days
